I mean, Dragons are literally Nonbinary and this is mentioned in MSQ.

You sicken me with your lore inaccurate name. That's a Miqo'te Seeker of the Sun name of the U tribe with the first name of Lagar. I raise my nose up at you.

Also, wouldn't be harm, but it's useless flavor text for some nobody NPC. Unless they tie an Aether Current to it, I won't likely touch the side quest since their rewards are garbage, even if I just have to kill 3 bears to harvest their butts. But also, the Warrior of Light doesn't need to know the marital status of every person they come across for one important reason;

It. Doesn't. Matter.

For all we know, Redolent Rose could be gay, but we don't care because he's here to teach us how to synthesize trousers and dress like a clown in a fashion contest for 60k MGP a week. It just simply isn't our business to know the sexuality, gender identity, and political spectrum leaning of every NPC we come across, or even recurring ones.

Just like how it isn't my business what yours may be, as I mainly came here to correct that Sun Seeker Miqo'te name you gave the Elezen.
