You can't really save yourself in the case of the latter, but with the former...what makes the 'panic' excuse work, is that the person withheld what their prior gender was before this. Of course, this doesnt make what they did right, but it's in everyones best interest to be upfront about it first and to try to have proof of that should anything go wrong. A lot..no, all murders committed against transexuals are done by men and usually its men who didnt know or did know but claim that they didnt and so they were shocked when in reality, they just thought about it and realized that actually they hated it-what does any of this have to do with XIV again??
