Unable to compllete version update

I open a new thread, because apart from the delays and connection peaks, today I have suddenly connected and directly I get this error in the Launcher, I attach a photo.

I honestly do not understand what is happening but I would like to obtain a solution, I have not been able to play for 4 days, I enter to be quiet but this is happening directly today. I have done all the checks that you normally ask in the forum, so I would like to know what other solutions there are or if this is really a FFXIV problem

I hope the image can now be seen.

I tell you, the first problem appeared to me as soon as I put FFXIV 5.3, until that moment I had NEVER had any problem with this game. For 3 days after 5.3, I suffered connection peaks, in which being in Dungeons everything stopped around me except me, I could keep moving, I could keep throwing my skills but the other players and bosses stopped for 5-10 seconds and in Receiving & Sending I put 0. After 3 days that solved itself, so I did not give it more importance and my game was perfect again until 4 days ago, that these connection spikes happened again every time I enter Dungeons or out of them (but outside they are not remarkable because nothing stops around me).

1. I have reinstalled the game, both on the SSD and then on the C / where my operating system is.
2. I have changed the cable of my 5e connection for a CAT 7 A +
3. I have formatted my PC
4.I have reinstalled Drivers
5. I have disabled Firewall & Antivirus
6. I have called my ISP, I have a 1000MB speed connection, they have monitored my line for 48 hours and the line is perfect
7. I have PING the IP of the Louisoix server and I lose 0 packets
8. I have uninstalled and installed Ethernet drivers
9. I have turned off my routter for 1 hour - I have reset it
10. I have opened the ports that are mentioned in another POST of this forum
11. I have changed the graphics settings, both full screen, screen edge and lower graphics to the minimum
12. I have done a speed TEST on my connection and it constantly gives me a speed of 900MB and 2MS
13. I have tested with Diretx 9 and 11

And nothing has changed, and it makes me very sad to think that the only solution I have left is to leave the game for all the money invested in it and because it is a game that I really like, but suddenly from 5.3 something is not right and It doesn't seem like it has a solution, although I would like you to confirm that it doesn't have one before deciding to leave the game because I've been trying everything for 4 days.

I have been with these same problems for 5 days and after going crazy looking for solutions today it occurred to me to try something, I don't know if it has really been solved but what I can tell you is that since I have done this the game is perfect again.

It turns out that I play with 2 screens, the secondary one is connected by HDMI and the one I play with is connected by DP. Well, today I have tried to disconnect the second screen and connect the first screen through HDMI instead of DP and all day I have not suffered falls or cuts in the game. I have tried again to put the DP and when I put it I do not suffer cuts of 10 seconds every X time but I do notice that the image of the game goes like jerks, almost imperceptible but they are noticeable if you look at it. I have taken and disconnected the second screen and at the moment I am only with the main one (which annoys me a lot) but at the moment it does not seem to have problems although I really doubt if this is the solution or just the game has given it the whim to give solution suddenly. I will continue to inform you but I leave this information here in case the same thing happens to any of you and you can try this that I did

It has not solved my problem, which makes me think that this is really a problem with the game, today I tried to connect from my partner's PC, I downloaded the game on his PC and nothing, it gives exactly the same problems, cuts and stops of 5-10 seconds of image freezing except for me, who can keep moving without any problem and throw my skills but everything around me is stopped
