Travel Cutscene's not skipping

Seeing some strange things with travel cutscenes. New character made a few weeks ago - before 5.3, but not played until after 5.3.

Turned off all cutscene previous viewing. but travel cutscenes are appearing. And maybe some others. Just took trip back and forth Limsa / Vesper bay and saw all cutscenes both ways.
Anybody else seen strangeness with cutscenes?
Did I miss another post with this?

Actually, I didn't see it on another character.

Then you missed an option to turn off travel cutscenes.

Actually, no. I checked all 3 of those boxes, and all those options have worked for many months of all my Alts. Except this character. And the test that I did to see if I was seeing something funny was to ride back and forth TWICE BOTH WAYS between Limsa and Vesper Bay and note that I saw cut scenes on all trips. And this was not the first set of trips between those points using the ship. So there's that.

So I gather from your replies that you are not seeing this anomaly. Good to know.

If I check the transportation box there is no cutscene between Limsa and Vesper Bay, so if you still see the cutscene with the box checked it is a bug.

Ever tried to uncheck the transportation box and click apply and then check the box and click apply again?
