    Payments for online store and account renewal are not processing

    Last Thursday I attempted to purchase some items from the online store, but got an error on the screen after inputting my credit card details and was sent back to the login screen. The payment appears as "pending" on my bank account and (as of Sunday yesterday) I have not received the items. I encountered a similar issue last time I attempted to purchase items during a sale period, and that payment eventually timed out and was cancelled by my bank. (I have successfully bought items at other times during the year, though.) I asked about that issue on the forum here but never actually filed it to tech support.

    More concerningly, my subscription renewed last Saturday - and that payment is also pending, but my subscription has been renewed regardless, presumably with the assumption that the payment is being processed.

    I've heard stories about people's accounts being banned because their bank rejected charges and this was interpreted as the customer cancelling the transaction after receiving the items. I am therefore concerned that this could happen to me if my pending payment times out.

    A common factor between these two pending payments and the one last year is that they are not listed as coming from the same recipient as successful payments.

    The recipient account for normal successful payments appears in my bank account as "Square Enix London X.XX Eur X.XX Aud" (listing the amount in Euro and I think some kind of processing fee in Australian dollars).

    These pending payments are "Square Enix London Gb Pos Authorisation" with no currency noted, although they are still trying to take money from my account.

    When I had the issue last year, I initially thought the different account might have been marked as suspect, but I enquired with the bank and they said they were not blocking anything on their end and the issue was with Square Enix.

    I would like to get this resolved or at least noted ASAP that my subscription payment may fail if it has not processed by Saturday.
