    Installation/launch help

    Hi everybody,

    Today I purchased Final Fantasy XIV Complete Edition for Mac OS. I already play this amazing game on PS4, but... I have some problems with the installation/launcher.
    I can log-in, using the unique key code and go to the screen where I can choose my service account.
    And then it goes wrong... Can somebody please help me?

    I have a 2017 MacBook Pro, 13" inch, Mac OS X Catalina 10.15.6 and enough space.
    But I got the message I don't have enough App space.
    Can somebody please help? I really get frustrated. :-/

    The software is downloading all the info and updates.
    I didn’t know I had to register the software in the Mog Station first.
    Thank you, I really got frustrated last night.
    Can’t wait to play.

    This game is hell when you can’t start it up!
    Now the problem pops up that it can’t upload the patches.
    Can somebody please help me?

    At the moment I started the download proces of the updates again and and time remaining is now 88 min instead of 187 minutes which was right before the pop up with the text ‘can’t upload patches’.
    Hooefully I can play this fantastic game soon.

    Alright, today starts terrible.
    I am only one step further.
    I could put my registration code in the Mog Station and for the second time I try to download the patches.
    But... a pop up in the launcher says ‘Unable to downllad patch files.
    [30413][25008][10009]

    Can somebody please tell me what to do with this?
    I mean I really want to play this game.
    The installation is terrible!
