Stuck/Crashing in Prima Vista Tiring Room for Quest "Dramatis Personae"

I am experiencing either system error crashes with messages like .dll errors, etc. or infinite loading screens to get to the Prima Vista Tiring Room in the quest "Dramatis Personae". I cannot even play my character anymore because it's stuck in this limbo of crash or infinite load. I have been playing the Main Scenario Quest in Shadowbringers fine. I just got to level 80 yesterday, decided to unlock Return to Ivalice, therefore started "Dramatis Personae", but I don't understand why I cannot access Prima Vista without crashing or infinite loading?? I have tried all options I read online such as reinstalling the game, partial installing folders of the game (ex1 heavensward), reinstalling Local character folder in My Games, Doing clean startup in Task manager, setting compatibility settings to not full screen and run as Admin. What do I do? Please help ASAP, and GM's please send my character elsewhere so I can play in the meantime.
