Stuck looking for raid for MSQ

I've been queuing for Labyrinth of the Ancients for a couple of days straight now and I can't seem to get a raid happening.

Everyday the first thing I do when I log in is queue for the raid and been waiting for more than an hour every day. I'm on 82 mins waiting time as I type this and still waiting.

Is there any way I can skip this raid or improve my chance of getting a raid?

The only way of skipping it would be to buy a story skip potion, I assume.

In regards to improving your chances of getting into the raid, a few things come to mind - sorry if they turn out to be redundant because you're already aware of them.
I see you're playing on a japanese server - did you make sure to have all languages check when queueing? Also: Does your playtime correlate with the primetime on your server, aka: are you actually living in a timezone close to japan? If not it may be a good idea to move to a server that fits your timezone better in order to avoid such hassle in the future.

It's also worth noting that if you are trying to queue as a tank for an alliance raid, your wait times can be significant.

Setting your duty finder to all languages makes a huge difference to your queue times on a Japanese server. You will have been having longer waiting times on other content as well because of this.

Once you open the duty finder menu, there's an options button (gear icon) in the top bar. Turn on all the languages there.

Good to hear. It can potentially be frustrating getting matched with people you cant really chat with, but waiting endlessly because there arent enough english speakers in the que isnt any less frustrating. You can use that trick for pretty much any "normal" que in the game.

Careful the ARR story skip doesn't skip it. It skips ARR story, but Crystal Tower is annex to ARR. It only is main requisite for Shadowbringers, so it will be unlocked with Shadow book. I've been had on this topic for my reroll, it's either the raids or stuck until book of Shadow is here.

Having recently used a Stormblood story skip to the beginning of Shadowbringers, I can confirm that CT is auto-completed as part of the skip now.

That said, it is absolutely unnecessary to use a story skip to get around the CT quests. The queue time should not be a problem (when not having the incorrect language settings that cause wider and ongoing issues with queue times), the raids large-scale dungeons are not hard, and the story context is important for later.

So It means I bought mine too soon on my reroll. Damn. So it really IS kind of a fraud (changing the content of the item bought afterwards)

I really dont see how that would be considered fraud. Also, in the time it took to read this thread and type these replies you could have just done the first 2 CT instances.
