Issue with NewGame+ for coil sidequests

Steps:
1- Start New game plus for the binding coil of bahamut quests.
2- Go to entrance after initial cutscenes to unlock coil
3- once you gain access to coil it tells you to go back to waking sands to start alisaie's pledge without having to even enter coil or clear any turns. At waking sands you can talk to urianger and he will ask if you want to watch the starting cutscenes which will show everything from turn 1 until the end of turn 5 then you start second binding coil of bahamut
4- if you decide to go through the first coil it will correctly show all cutscenes up until the fight with twintania. After the clear when you click on the allagan terminal to take you into that hallway that leads to bahamuts head it will instead just warp you outside to wineport with no cutscenes after defeating twintania.

we havent gotten to 2nd and final coil yet, thats for tomorrow so duno if that will be different.

For an update, 2nd coil we saw all cutscenes except for the end one and did not get taken to bahamut's room at the end of turn 9, and for final coil we saw everything up till t12's ending, it kicked us outside right away instead of giving us the cutscene.

t13 however, gives the cutscene after the fight but does not place us at the exit area.
