To whom it may concern,

I've been getting some PSN errors and can't find any solution(s) to them. The error codes are:

• WS-37269-7
• NP-36116-7

These pop up when I try to launch the... launcher, and just tell me to close the application. Consequently I can't log in. They've been happening on and off for a week or so, but restarting my PS4 usually fixed the issue. Now I've tried resetting, hard resetting, and unplugging my PS4 but nothing seems to be working. I can still get on the PS store, so I know it's not a networking issue.

Update: it just stopped randomly and I’m in game now

It eventually righted itself for me as well.

Would still like to know what the error codes mean, cuz this ain't the first time I've gotten them.
