Razer Raiju Ultimate - Controller issues on PC

I've been playing with a regular PS4 controller for the last year or so. I decided to get a new controller this weekend, but for whatever reason, the buttons are mapped incorrectly in FFXIV. I have tried reassigning them in the menu, but once I get into the game, while the actions of each button now work, they're still flipped in every other context. The L3 and R3 buttons are also mapped incorrectly to Start and Select and vice versa. I cannot seem to calibrate the controls, either. When I do calibrate it, it just doesn't register any inputs at all. Is there any way at all to fix this?

    - Below is my system information -

    SYSTEM_OS Windows 10 Home 64-bit (6.2, Build 9200) (19041.vb_release.191206-1406)
    SYSTEM_CPU Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7700HQ CPU @ 2.80GHz (8 CPUs), ~2.8GHz
    SYSTEM_CORE_NUM SYSTEM_CORE_LOGIC 8 SYSTEM_CORE_PHYSICS 4
    SYSTEM_BIOS 01.00.05

Good afternoon and thank you for posting on the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

We apologize that you are experiencing difficulties with your controller. Please try the following troubleshooting steps:

    - Try using a genuine Xbox360 or Xbox One controller (preferably wired) as these are compatible with Windows OS.
    - Try plugging the controller into different ports (both front and back).
    - Make sure all drivers for the controller are fully up to date.
    - Uninstall and reinstall the device drivers.
    - Disable all other device drivers, leaving the mouse, keyboard, and controller as the only active devices.
    - If you are using a specialized gaming keyboard, try using a different keyboard to ensure there are no conflicts between the devices.
    - Try unplugging all other devices and only plugging in the mouse, keyboard, and controller.
    - Make sure Windows has been fully updated form the Microsoft/Windows Update website.
