    Friend unable to login square enix account login/game

    My friend is unable to log on to the website so i post his problem for him.

    he is unable to log in everytime he enter user name and password. He will get this response "Either the Square Enix ID or Square Enix password entered is incorrect.Either the Square Enix ID or Square Enix password entered is incorrect."

    For sure that he enter his login/pw id correctly. This happen even after he changes his password through email.

    Does anyone has a solution for this?

    Ok solved, my friend tried his old router and manage to log back in.
    Apparently, SE has blocked his ip for some apparent reason.
