Constant massive lag spikes, and occasional 90002 disconnects only FFXIV affected

Hi all! I have been an on and off player since 2.0, and have had no real issues before. however recently (the last week) i have been getting constant brief lag spikes and occasional full disconnects. I am using the same router, modem, and computer that i have been using for the last year. I tried looking for some solutions such as using my vpn to put me in a different location, changing my IP address to googles, reinstalled the game, made sure all drivers for EVERYTHING were up to date, restarted my modem and router, and prayed to any god that will listen. any advice? (all other services work perfectly on my computer even during the disconnects with ffxiv)

No changes to the network have been made (aside from a few things that i have done to fix the issue to no luck). I get the lag and stutters in the main world, in cities and in the open world. However the serious issues begin when i am in any dungeon or raid.

The exact same thing is happening to me in SERVER LOUISOIX. And everything in my gaming environment is perfect, and this started two days ago and although I just put up a post, they just told me in Dungeon that there are quite a few people who have been going through it since the weekend. Exactly the same thing happens to me, when I enter the Dungeon it becomes unbearable and I have never had problems, nor have I changed anything or touched anything

Are you connected directly to the router or are you using WiFi? Please make sure the only program running as running background programs could interfere with the game. In addition to this, I advise to make sure that the Final Fantasy XIV game application is allowed through the fire wall.

I am hardwired to the internet (not using WIFI) I do have other programs running but they are the same that were running for the last few years without problem (spotify, logitech software for my mouse and such). I did go into my firewall settings a few days ago and made certain that every part of FFXIV that i could find was allowed, but this did not seem to help the issue.

**Kosmos2040's post reminded me that i also called my ISP last friday and they said there were no known issues in my area, then they contacted my modem and saw no issues with connection**

I've been having the same issue with massive lag spikes which lead into 90002 disconnects. This only started recently since the deployment of the latest hotfix. I'm directly connected to my modem and there are no programs interfering with the game, nor is my firewall a problem. Everything is how it has always been. The only difference in network for me is I bought a new modem yesterday which has improved my overall internet speed but has not improved FFXIV. The lag spikes are still ever present. I normally would not get receiving over 200 at any given time but now its going over the 1000's and if I'm running an alliance raid it can get over 15K receiving before I get disconnected. This has never happened since I started playing when 2.0 came out.
I'm on Midgardsormr server.

*Additional Information* I have already contacted my ISP about the issues and they have not seen any issues in my area for the past month. The only issue they might have seen was my new router didn't get provisioned all the way but that is corrected. While my network speeds are now even better, FFXIV network performance is still the same as it was.

Been literally having the same issues as Kosmos2040, huge lag spikes/rubberbanding that sometimes can lead into 9002 disconnects especially when trying to interact with marketboards or aetherytes and such.

This also started when the latest hotfixes were deployed, another thing I noticed immediately as well was how my connection went from "Excellent" to "Poor". It has been going back and forth ever since. It's never been this bad for me.

Like the others, I am hardwired and have only been running the very few programs I've been running previously.

I'm on elemental and have been having the exact seem issues since the new "hotfix" never had issues before. Also hardwired and don't have any issues with other programs or games only ffxiv specifically.
