Good targeting setup for controller healers?

I use R2/L2 + R1/L1 to target and switch between enemies, or scroll through the enemy list if I quickly need to target one specific enemy. I also have set it so that left and right on the d-pad does NOT target any enemies or party members, so I can target other players with it. And I have assist target (it means targeting the target of your target) on R3, so I can quickly switch between the boss and the main tank.
