    FPS issues

    Recently, I have been running on 10-12 FPS. I'm not sure what's causing it or even how to remedy it. At the moment, the game runs like a stop-motion picture, and it's rough!

    Any potential solutions would be greatly appreciated.

    When did this start happening? Do you recall anything changing/updating on your PC that coincides with this? What have you tried so far to alleviate the issue?

    After 5.3 dropped. I haven't changed or performed any updates on my computer since then. The only thing I have done to attempt to resolve this is not running anything else when I'm playing FFXIV. What would you recommend I do?

    Could you provide a system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'

    Is there an inbox I can submit this to? I noticed after posting it that it reveals a lot of personal information such as things I've downloaded or things that are currently open.

    You can submit a Support Ticket via the SQUARE ENIX Support Center website found here: https://support.na.square-enix.com which would be a secure method of sending the system report. However, any further assistance would be provided via that support ticket and not on this thread.
