Crippling controller issue, please help!

Hello,

I'm playing on Windows 10 Pro. My controllers keep disconnecting/reconnecting for a split second causing the sticky auto run issue.

I've tried disabling Microsoft Device Association Root Enumerator.
I've tried connecting my controllers to Steam.
I've tried both Bluetooth and cable.
I've tried reinstalling Windows 10.
The controllers I've used are two Xbox One controllers, a Dualshock 4, a Dualshock 3, and a Switch Pro controller.

Solved. I played with Device Manager on a second screen and observed it every time my controller acted up. The headphone and microphone panel on my case was twitchy, I unplugged my case's audio I/O from the motherboard and have not encountered the issue since. Thank you everyone.
