I like the suggestion of allowing us to turn these off or letting us move it to the side
The "Cannot execute at this time" message and the other one that's constantly telling you where you're moving to or if the duty is no longer sealed

You can turn off the skill errors in the settings. Dont remember where but there is an option.

It took me a while to find it again after i had to install the game on a different system and forgot to make a backup of my settings... You can find it under the Character Configuration > Logs (bottom category) > General.
