    They should be movable just as the rest, or most of the UI is.
    But then again SE is famous for convoluted and redundant designs, just check the process of even getting an account started.

    Don't bother me at all. Feels pretty nitpicky to complain on such a minor thing.

    This is the sort of thing I mean when I say I sometimes wish an entire patch cycle could be devoted to streamlining everything.

    -consolidating button presses in rotations (not limiting abilities, just having certain abilities share buttons in some cases)
    -limiting the huge number of menus
    -limiting how many clicks it takes it interact with the menus we do have
    -eliminating certain pop ups or turning them into "raid alert" type pop ups that do not have to be dismissed and disappear in a second or two.

    Considering it's a nonissue to some (many?) people, myself included, I don't want an entire patch cycle to be devoted to that.

    It's fine by me if they think some of it could be streamlined without information being lost, but that's more of a side endeavor, not a top priority.
