    It happens before raid


    It happens during cutscenes.

    More informative screenshot for when it happens during cutscenes.


    It happens during raid


    It happens when you're using features.


    It happens when you're in the cities.



    It happens when you are questing.



    It happens while you're resting.



    It happens while you're zoning.



    It overloads you in a dungeon.



    It overloads you while getting loot.


    It even happens when you're crafting and gathering. (Gathering is a much more irritating example.)
