    Confused about PVP Rewards

Hi I'm fairly new to the game and I know theres a lot of criticism surrounding pvp and was hoping to understand it better.

Looking at it, it would seem theres a problem with the reward structure? All I see are glamours + a very limited mount reserved for only 100 players....

Once you have the armour set theres no reason to pvp anymore right? Unless you're actually trying to be a top 100 player

There's an npc who sells a multitude of things from music scrolls, mounts, minions, furniture and other misc items like glam prisms.

Even if there's nothing to buy so to speak you can trade gear into your gc for seals and make gil if you so wish.

Also there are various achievements (like "Guide any of the three Grand Companies to a total of 200 Frontline victories.") which will also grant Mounts, Titles and other stuff.

The only other two big things I can think of that haven't been mentioned already are Tomestones and large amounts of EXP. I find PVP in itself to be a lot of fun and queue up matches several times a week. One thing I love about the EXP structure is that you can queue in as a job you're leveling, switch to another job at the beginning of PVP, then still get EXP for the job you queued in as.

I've found this EXP method to be great, as I don't enjoy running dungeons back to back but can PVP for hours on end. I still get EXP for a class I haven't maxed and can switch to something more appropriate for the party composition when I queue in.

And because some game matches only last 5-10 minutes depending on how things are going this can mean some pretty fast farming on a good day. Though, some heated matches can last quite a while.

Hope you find some of these rewards useful, we could always use more people in the PVP queue!

As far as I understand the model, the shop is there to encourage people to try PVP.
It's content that you can keep doing as long as you enjoy it. I like running Palace of the Dead with my friends even though we've all long since stopped getting new rewards from it. It's just fun.

    Pretty much.

Your rank also doesn't go down if you stop playing so if you miss the first couple weeks of feast you're basically screwed because no one queues anymore.

It used to have gear with stats that granted morale if you had a set, and the rotations were just like in pve but they got rid of that for some reason.
