Thats a stupid joke. Be Disappointed at SE for this shit show called housing. Look FFXIV got like what around 18mil players thats great nice job btw (its doesnt matter if you loose a couple of them i guess). Anyway all server together its 68 (correct me if im wrong) so it comes down to around 264706 players at each server (if all server were equaly populated) and even its just half of them wanted a house right, it would be 132352 ppl against 5760 avaible plots (60 plots*24 districts* 4 citys). so this housing options was a dogshit idea day 1. But what do i know, ppl complaining about but still paying for it, if it was realy that bad than stop paying for it. its every time the same rage quit post and at the end of the day no one care as long as you pay for you playtime.

Personally, I think houses should ONLY be treated as Personal/Individual housing. Allow the FC leader to "tag" a member's house as the "Free Company house", allowing all members to teleport there. However, if that player leaves the FC, they would take their house with them.

It might not sound awesome, but it would alleviate the buying and selling of "Free Companies with houses".

Also, no, not everyone in an FC gets to enjoy that content. All of that stuff is usually limited to a small circle of friends at most.

I am in an FC that does the sub/ship thing for years. Outside of requests for craft materials I've never seen anything worthwhile come of these voyages.

Imho, they are way overrated.
