    Main quest bug - Influencing Inquisitors

    Time: August 29, 2020. about 10pm +3 GMT
    Frequency:always
    World name: Ragnarock
    Character name: Don Kenpachi
    NPC name: Joellaut
    Monster name: N/A
    Class/Level: BRD/41
    Party or solo: Solo
    In-game time: 11:30 server time
    Area and coordinates: Coerthas Central Highland > Whitebrim > Whitebrim Front
    Steps:
    1. Accepted main story quest Influencing Inquisitors
    2. Talked to all quest marked NPCs on the map (3 of them)
    3. Couldn't interact with the 4th NPC, who engages me in generic conversation instead of quest related dialogue.
    4. Have tried logging in and out.
    5. Option to abandon the quest to try again not present in this case

    - Type of internet connection/provider: Cable/STC
    - Modem maker/model number:Airplay

    Iirc you have to use a specific emote at that NPC. I think it was /doubt but not sure.
