A Thread of General Goodness

Let's get away from the complaining a bit shall we, and talk about what happened in game that was just a random act of awesome.

Let me begin.

Today while running Puppet's Bunker, I was 1 of 2 mages. Absolutely no magic gear dropped throughout until the very end when the body piece dropped, and...I rolled a 1. I didn't say anything, just sat there waiting for everything to fall since I rolled high on a card and an orchestration roll. But then the other mage, who was wearing crystarium gear (I was in deepshadow) ran up to me /poke /handover and the body piece dropped into my inventory. He then did a /bow and left the instance.

People are amazing sometimes. What's your tale of general goodness?

Today my leveling roulette party tolerated a healer who went in to a level 45 leveling dungeon (dzemael w/e) with ilvl 1 glamour gear, level 10 accessories, and no belt.

We only wiped like 3 times and he only healed for like 200 per benefic 2.

When a healer item dropped this was the response we got from him:


But our whole team still tolerated him!

Another act of awesome! Another forum user remembered one of my threads I made yesterday!

Today I qued into normal roullete, got E6N and we seemed to have a ton of newbie, the returner and the mentor kept giving advice and after 30 or so minutes we were able to clear it. No one left and we all kept at it and pushed till the end.
Shout out to the cotank who killed it off at 1% after I died.

I know this just happened to you and this one dungeon put you on the franticly typing warpath, but not really in the spirit of things. Take it to tales of duty finder dude.

I try everytime I do that to try and lively things up. Either with jokes or starting an actual convo. When it goes well praet becomes awesome.

As for my good thing. A friend of mine came back after quiting and it's been fun with him.
