Seat of Sacrifice Extreme not available

So I've cleared the normal version of the Seat of Sacrifice, and done the prerequisite quest "Hope's Confluence" from the Minstrel in the Crystarium, but the Seat of Sacrifice Extreme is not available in my duty finder. Does anybody know if there's any other reasons why it wouldn't be available? I have the other extreme trials available, but I'm just missing this one.

It’s located under the trials option in raid finder by default until it’s not the high end duty of the patch.

Its under high end duties in DF, theres a toggle button you press to see it.

But it shouldn't matter much because you should be using party finder, not duty finder to get a group. You'll sit there forever if you try to use duty finder

If he’s the party leader he still needs to be able to find it in the list after the party fills.
