What's funny is that they already nerfed Qarn. Final Sting on the bees is now a 90% total HP in damage hit. It used to be instant death, and this included the bees in the hallway monsters. Back then, the potencies on damage were a lot lower, so if you didn't focus down the bees in the trash, you'd experience Final Sting death before you even got to the boss.

The first boss actually has been buffed, because before you used to be able to cheese Doom by getting up on the dirt mound on the left wall. Of course, he's always been stunnable, and if you stun it when you get the text message, then the doom doesn't even go off. Of course, back in the day, stuns had damage tied to them, so he'd go stun immune after the first one. Nowadays it's actually possibly to stun lock the doom if you time it just right.

The laser telegraphs at the end were made wider and and wildly more visible.

All in all it wasn't nerfed enough to say it's really all that much easier, but it is. Ever since the playerbase revolted against Pharos Sirius back in 2.1, we've gotten less and less complex/difficult dungeons. As far as what you can expect OP, dungeons will get easier. Dealing with other players will not.
