I've played through the entirety of ARR and not once have I heard any voiceovers. I've checked multiple times that they are in fact toggled on (I've turned them off and back on) and I've tried to fool around with my sound settings in Windows, but I can't find anything that seems to be able to solve this issue. I've been using The Ultimate Weapon Cutscene #3 to test voices, and nothing I do seems to fix the issue. I've tried using different output devices, but that doesn't solve the problem, either.

I've also tried searching this problem online, but no solutions seem to be working. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the game. Please help
