Outdoor Balconies for Apartments and FC Rooms

There need to be outdoor balconies on FC rooms and Apartments, so that way players can place any outdoor items they obtain. I do have my own house so I can place these kinds of items, but I just think it would be nice for people who can't afford a house or get a plot, so they can place outdoor items as well.

It's a common request and I don't think anyone would argue its a great idea but I got the impression that there's some sort of technical issue preventing including an outdoor area attached to apartments for whatever reason. SE will need to resolve that issue before this suggestion can be implemented.

I wouldn't think so. Kugane Inn has an outdoor area in the room. They could simply make the room bigger and add a pre-baked outdoor area with a static backdrop (which is exactly how the Kugane Inn is).

Kugane Inn's room might look like it has access to the outside but mechanically it is no different from any other instanced inn room. Just because it looks like the outdoors doesn't mean that code-wise it operates like the outdoor areas do. I mean I can't say one way or the other how it works since I haven't personally seen the code, but if it were a simple thing to do, I daresay SE would have already done it.

YEs but at least give us that impression, you can even sell it as "hey we got glamour prisms for your apartment!" and be fine...
