these are the steps i have taken
1, purchased a copy of ffxiv ultimate edition for pc
2, logged in to my exsisting account on mog station
3, mistakenly clicked add new service account instead of clicking register new platform
4 filled in the form which relates to my situation
5, recieved an email back with this response ''Unfortunately, due to the nature of the retailer from which you made your purchase, we will not be offering assistance in this case. We can only advise that you make purchases from an official retailer in future, such as the Square Enix Online Store.''

i find it hard to believe that the place of purchase has anything to do with my situation as if im happy to create a new character on the new service account, which i might add is the exact same loggin details that i use to access the ps4 version, i could play ffxiv and all the exps that i have registered. yet all i want to do is move it from service account 2 and place the product for pc in to service account 1 so i can play the same character.

I am mainly wanting to see if anyone else has had this same response and got it sorted or if i am missing something here that makes it totally impossible to swap something on an account i own to the correct service account.
