Are we sure that there will be no RNG purchase timer for new houses?

I don't want to log-on immediately when servers are up just to get bamboozled by re-locators.

Going on by the letter:

"This time, however, either type of estate will be immediately available for purchase without restriction."

So I am taking away that everyone can go into the new wards it not restricted to FCs access first. If you can relocate great, if not you maybe able to purchase straight up. So just be prepared I imagine it going to be chaotic regardless and people are not going to be happy with the results because servers usually open up in the wee hours of the morning and I wouldn't be surprise with disconnect issues and homes getting snatched up before they have an opportunity. However I also believe if someone does relocate their plot will be a timer.

Good rule of thumb, mansions and homes usually go super fast. cottages are good solid choice and you can play the relocation game later if you really want to get a plot.
