My experience was seeing 2 or 3 open up per day, and that was prior to Kugane housing. However, nowadays they may be bought quickly by bots or something. Or it could be that increased competition means they go more quickly, so you're less likely to see them. I still think it's a fair estimate that at least 4 or 5 per day would be freed up with all the wards we have now. Probably more like 6 or 7. But I guess we'll never know, because I don't think they release statistics on this. And it's not like auto-demo is ever going to be turned on again at this rate.
