    My friend is unable to play the Free Trial version. Error 2501

    Good morning, I'm trying to help a friend who wants to play a Final Fantasy XIV: Free Trial version, but the error code repeatedly appeared: i2501 / 2501 when he tried to enter the game launcher and even register on the website for the Free Trial registration.

    What do I tell him to do?

    Good afternoon and thank you for posting on the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

    We would recommend waiting a full and complete 24 hours from the most recent attempt before trying to register the FINAL FANTASY XIV Free Trial again. We would also recommend resetting the router/modem, using a different device/location and clear the cache and cookies for all browsers.
