    Unable to download patch files

    I'm receiving this error on a brand new laptop.

    I've tried many of the recommended steps such as turning off Windows Firewall, updating Windows 10, forwarding ports, and changing the DNS servers but none of these options have worked.

    To be clear, the error code I receive when trying to do a fresh install of FF14 is: Unable to download patch files[30413][25008][20495][20495]. I can't get past the 50mb point without the FF14 launcher crashing.

    Were any changes made to the network settings of the PC? Additionally, are you connected directly to the router when trying to download the game?
