Intermittent Lag Spikes Since Maintenance on Monday, August 24th

I have been experiencing both intermittent lag spikes (only client-side, nothing else I am connected to the Internet with lags) that will happen when I'm playing. They'll happen anywhere from five minutes to fifteen minutes apart until I eventually disconnect (with an error of 90002/90001).

This happens while I am on other worlds, my home world, and in instanced duties.

I've been having the same issue as well. Internet wise everything is fine until I login and attempt to run alliance raid content. Everything will seem fine at first even though I'm getting around 5-6k receiving, then around mid way I'll start hitting 10-15k receiving. At that point I start getting 90k disconnects and eventually crash out.

Are you connected directly to the router when the crash occurs? Additionally, what have you tried to alleviate the issue?
