EU Black Chocobo Event? Please give us details soon...

Just a bit of context:
JP and NA have had the Black Fat Chocobo Campaigns where you go to a specific store and spend a certain amount to get a code for stuff in FFXIV. Now we've had two other ones in the past which all regions have gotten, that being the Original Fat Chocobo (white one) and the Cumulus Cloud events. The rewards from these are region locked so you can only do them if your service account is the same as the region of the promo.

JP got the Black Fat Chocobo Promo First back in Jan/Feb 2019

NA got the Black Fat Chocobo Promo back in mid-late June 2019

EU hasn't gotten it yet and its 23 months since the original JP event and 17 months since the NA one.

Past Campaigns:
Now for those in JP/NA who didn't know the EU campaigns haven't been that great, the OFC had different promos for different EU countries due to availability of services for different countries, like here in the UK we had to buy 3 magazines (so had to buy the issue out at start event, wait a month, buy the next issue, wait another month and buy the last issue in the campaign then submit a photo of us with it to get the mount), it was hell for many other EU countries.

They kind of did better with the cloud mount a few years ago where you just had to go to a online Store called shopto and buy specific Square Enix stuff but that wasn't flawless either, they had issues with delivering codes, some people couldn't get the goods they wanted due to low stock, some people couldn't even access the site sometimes or had issues checking out.

You can probably see why there are probably issues doing the Black Fat Chocobo EU Campaign just due to how the past 2 have gone down. We can't simple have an Amazon promo since they'd have to sort it out with many EU Amazon stores, US has had it easy with it being Amazon.com for everything (despite people abusing the campaign by refunding items later on etc). Japan hasn't had it amazing but they had more variety with 7eleven and Lawsons and Dr.Pepper and all that stuff which are easier to get a hold of in major Japan cities.

Conclusion:
My hope is that someone from the FFXIV team gives us info about it, it feels silly how long EU players have had to wait for this compared to us waiting for the other two past campaigns. I know coronavirus has put a stop to a lot of things but it is a shame that we haven't gotten any info on it yet. It's a bit unfair to us Europeans who haven't had a chance to get said mount yet. There have been a few reddit and lodestone forum posts in the past about people asking about the EU campaign too.

Oh yea, I didn't even think, Canadians, Mexicans, any other US based account who don't live in the US got screwed too huh, asumming the same with countries closer to Japan like any Australian players and what not too, have been screwed by the US and JP campaigns

I can order from the German Amazon just fine and I'm sure they ship to many other countries so I don't see why there would have to be several promotions for Europe.

At this point I would be glad to even just see it released straight in Mogstation Shop, seriously.

Also, if there is ever a promotion for EU, it would be nice to finally have something what is accessible to everyone in this region, because no way I will ask my friends from Germany to buy 24 Dr. Pepper bottles again while living in Russia myself. The girl that did it for me and 5 more people probably still has flashbacks about trying to figure out what to do with all those drinks being stacked in her one-room apartment. :/
