Mogstation Purchase Not Received

Purchase shows complete on the store, email received. Bank statement shows payment went through successfully. Logged in and logged out. Cleared the mailbox. Clicked the Reward/Purchase Delivery Request option. Logged in and logged out again. Still have not received the items. Its been over half an hour now, pushing towards an hour shortly.

I'm having the same issue. I think the server is just overloaded by all of the purchases happening, so it might take some time.

Yeah I purchased the new male clothing set and the 4 person mount 3 hours ago and still have not received them myself.

You just need to wait I'm afraid. When they release new items there's always a bit of a delay, especially when there's account wide items (which have to go to every character on the accounts of whoever bought it).

I bought and outfit and the mount and it took about 4 hours.

Check your email receipt to make sure you had the right character/account, but as long as that's good, just sit tight, it'll get there

To add, Account Wide items do take much longer to arrive than items for a specific character.

Bought the Nezha Chariot yesterday and still have not received it over 24 hours later. Kind of infuriating considering this is a digital product that should take no time to deliver at all. It is the first purchase I have made since I started playing FFXIV, but if this is how this goes, I will not likely be purchasing anything again. =(

It can take awhile, maybe a day, sometimes even a couple of days. The servers are swamped right now, so chances are your mail is being delivered on the higher end of that spectrum. Just be patient. It'll come eventually.

As the others said, it can take a long time but I also had an issue with an account wide purchase coming to some characters and not others. If you have old, opened mail from Mog Station purchases still sitting in your inbox, delete them. For whatever reason they can sometimes prevent the new mail from showing up even if your inbox isn't full.

A purchase can take upwards 24 hours to be delivered. So you have to wait.
