New Healer Class Proposal: "Teslacrat"

I feel that there is a desire in the community to have an additional healer, and I feel that if if were to get a new Healer it should be one based off of Magitek and not Magic. I would dub this class the "Teslacrat," a healer which harness the untapped power of Teslalitic Particles and focuses it through his Teslarite Power Glove. So, think of him as a Steam Punk kind of healer who wears the Teslarite Power Glove on one hand, and through that Main Arm fires Telsalitc Bolts of Energy that arcs its way through enemies while also healing nearby allies (think WoW's Shaman Class with its Ancestoral Guidance, but as a passive trait). I feel it would be cool to have a class that fires arcing bolts of energy like WoW's shaman, but that it should be a Healer instead, and rely on Magitek. Also, thought it would be cool if he had like a pet, and because I'm a Front Mission fan, call it a Proto-Wanzer that assists in Heals and Teslalitic Shielding.

In fairness, that's just a theme of an armour set but not in the job's identity, SCH is a Nymian mage and military tactician who utilises a faerie and has inherited some plague-doctor kinda traits. The OP's suggestion is more of a steampunk and technological kinda healer role...but yes aesthetically the HW AF gear met the steampunk look, but doesn't actually do anything with it.
