Random lag spikes (internet is perfect)

As the title says, since the Hotfix of today I keep getting alot of mini lag spikes/packet loss I guess? they last for like a few seconds.. and its not my internet since its up 500 and down 40.. I reinstalled the game, I pinged the chaos server (I play on Omega) which showed the lag spikes in like mini outages I guess? and I looked elsewhere for solutions but I cant seem to find any solution.. its very frustrating since I never have issues at all.. and it messes up my crafts and I keep struggling in raids cause it not registering or too late registering my button presses and I feel really bad for the people I play with :s if you need any additional information, please let me know! thanks in advance!

Good afternoon and thank you for posting on the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

Can I get some addition information regarding the issue you’re having?
    Please provide:

    - Platform (PC, PS4, Mac)
    - Type of connection (wired or wireless)
    - Other programs running while the game is playing (if any)
    - Frequency at which error occurs
    - Everything you have tried to resolve the issue

Yeah sure! Im playing on PC with Wired connection, no other programs running aside from discord, and it happens like every 30-60 seconds and as I said before the hotfix patch I had no issues AT ALL.. but yeah I reinstalled the game, pinged the server which showed occassional hiccups, reset my internet, and looked around for other solutions but nothing really helped!

Good afternoon and thank you for posting on the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

Please try the following troubleshooting steps:

    - The game will use the Internet Explorer web browser to connect to the internet. Open Internet Explorer, then open the "Tools" setting, go to "Internet Options" and adjust the following settings:
    - Under the "General" tab, please delete ALL browser history.
    - Under the "Security" tab, please move the slider to the lowest possible settings or no higher than "Medium"
    - Under the "Privacy" tab, click “Advanced” and select ‘Accept’ under both First Party and Third Party Cookies.
    - Under the "Advanced" tab, please make sure that "Allow software to run or install even if signature is invalid" is CHECKED.
    - Make sure that all SSL and TLS (EXCEPT SSL 3.0) are CHECKED. [SSL 3.0 should be UNCHECKED]
    - Hit "Apply" to save the settings, and then "OK, to close the Internet Options menu.
    - Please RESTART your PC now. Once your PC has been restarted, Right-Click the FFXIV launcher icon once more and select "Run as Administrator"

-Make sure your fire wall or antivirus program is not interfering with the game

    - Check to see if the following port ranges are opened on your router. You can contact your ISP and request they open them for you:
    ▼TCP
    54992 through 54994,
    55006 through 55007,
    55021 through 55040

-Try disabling background applications and do a clean boot by opening the task manager and selecting the “Start up” tab. Disable everything and then restart the PC.
