Card charged twice but never received crysta

Hello, I've been playing ffxiv on and off since 2015 and never before had I had issues with payment until now. Got the error code that everyone seems to get that is blamed on the user despite transaction days earlier were fine with the same card. Decided to do paypal because screw it, want emotes.

More errors but now I'm out of $60 when attempting twice. I'm not happy and so far no one has responded to my support ticket. With a whole pandemic going on, you can imagine why I'm not going to blindly let $60 go.

It's been nearly a week now.
