Error 3054 - Can't make characters or chat on old characters

Hi all,

I played a little FFXIV a few months ago and my account got disabled randomly one day, after three weeks of trying to deal with support tickets they finally supposedly re-enabled my account. They claimed my account was compromised but I have zero evidence of this. I cancelled my sub the day my account was disabled.

Last Saturday, the 22nd Aug I decided I would come back and try FFXIV again because I really want to play.

I couldn't then, and still can't today make a new character or chat on my existing three low level characters. I put in a ticket then but it's been over four days of me paying for something I can't even play not even to mention the three weeks of game time I lost during that round of alleged account compromise.

Anyone have any ideas?
