I had at least one DirectX 11000002 error, the majority that I had were the ffxiv_dx11.exe+###### (random entries per line) errors, sometimes the game would just crash out with no errors. I haven't had a dx11 crash since making the BIOS change, I think in my case the CPU may have some issue with a couple of cores due to the voltage maybe? It was just strange how only FF14 revealed these issues (until they eventually occurred during the Prime95 stress test).

The exact steps I took to fix it were:

- Running Prime95 stress testing tool
- Leaving it running until a worker failed with a rounding error (It so happened that 2 of them failed, the workers corresponded to the logical processors shown in task manager, open task manager and go to Performance -> CPU -> right click on the chart and select change graph to -> Logical Processors)
- At this point, two different processes fixed it for me, 1 was disabling the corresponding cores in Ryzen Master (Going into game mode, selecting the Cores Section and left clicking to disable the cores that were failing), the other which I did to get around having to disable the cores was going into the BIOS and updating the Precision Boost Overdrive setting (Go into the BIOS -> Advanced CPU config -> Precision Boost Overdrive -> Change from auto to Enhanced Mode 4)

I'm not 100% sure how this fixes it, I'm assuming the enhanced mode applies more voltage maybe? But whatever it did, it fixed all the errors, I haven't had one since. I had tried pretty much everything everyone else suggested to no avail, hopefully this helps you! Also it's probably worth noting that I didn't get the errors in Prime95 straight away, it took >15-20 minutes or so before they showed, but after that it encountered them rather quickly.
