Launcher Error 2146697211

So yesterday I got that error on my launcher each time when I tried to launch the game.

Before posting I tried quite a few different solutions not in a particular order with I found over the net.

Restart PC
Enabled TLS (every possible, SSL 3.0 as well. 2.0 I don't have weirdly enough)
Added FFXIV page to trusted list in internet properties
Disabled web protection and firewall
Flushed DNS
Reseted modem/flushed dns/deleted FFXIV_Boot.cfg File

I still did not try re-downloading the game but I doubt that would fix the issue when it is with me conecting to server not with the game.

You might want to check if the following port ranges are open in your router. You can contact your ISP and request that they open them for you:

Thanks for the info for the future. Luckily that was not needed beacuse after uninstalling the game, getting rid of any documents from My games concerning FF XIV and redownloading reinstalling game it works properly now.
