Character > Gold Saucer > Jumbo Cactpot has very misleading phrasing

I just started trying to earn MGP again after a long time. I recently went into the Character > Gold Saucer screen to check if I had purchased my Jumbo Cactpot tickets yet for the week. The screen said:

Jumbo Cactpot
-------------------------
Tickets Purchased: 3/3

I'd like to consider myself to have a pretty decent grasp on English. I didn't remember purchasing tickets yet for the week, but the screen seemed to be pretty unambiguously telling me that I had purchased 3 tickets out of a possible 3 tickets.

Just now, I went to check my winnings, only to discover that "Tickets Purchased: 3/3" means that I had purchased zero tickets.

(Before anyone suggests it: this does not refer to old tickets that I let expire. I know for 100% certain that I definitely turned in last week's tickets. This is just very poor phrasing for telling me that I've purchased no tickets yet this week.)

I can think of a few different ways this could be phrased that would make sense.

"Tickets available to purchase: 3/3"

"Tickets purchased: 0/3"

"You have purchased 0 of 3 tickets for this week's drawing."

"You haven't purchased any tickets yet this week."

As it currently stands, it does not make any sense. "Tickets Purchased: 3/3" should under no circumstances mean "you have 3/3 tickets available for purchase" or "you have purchased 0 tickets".

The Jumbo Cactpot section of the /saucer window might benefit from some rewording.


If you have purchased 0 tickets for this week, it says:
Tickets purchased: 3/3


If you have purchased 1 ticket for this week:
Tickets purchased: 2/3
(Your Numbers: [xxxx])

If you have purchased 2 tickets for this week:
Tickets purchased: 1/3
(Your Numbers: [xxxx] [yyyy])


Perhaps the text should be changed to say
Tickets available: or Ticket Allowance: instead of Tickets purchased:?

The best wording would be "Ticket Allowance: 3/3", for consistency with the Mini Cactpot text.
