I see. I've been a part of other games' forums that have a generous amount of back to back conversations with devs. Those conversations are basically non-existent here. But I can understand why they wouldn't be able to I suppose.Looooooonnggg ago, part of another website, I had my question answered by Yoshida about how they handle feedback. They said they compile all the major topics across the forums (regions) going on and read them and it takes a lot of their time.
Alternatively I've seen a number of feedbacks made here, some myself, that seemed to have some influence of appearance into the game later. Certainly with quantity it could be feeling like Nostradamus but I feel a few are too on the nose to be coincidence.
So.. yes, I think so- but I'm unsure of the rules (like I imagine sometimes it's on the wim of a dev just visiting the forum themselves, but also is it a thread with a certain number of likes or views or posts?) and clearly they don't talk back to us almost ever so the feeling can easily be "no" if you just look peripherally. I think a major point is SE doesn't really like to rework things mid swing, they don't turn corners sharply out of no where, and likely a lot of that just has to do with their development line and not because they choose to be slow, but also probably because they want to be sure of things before just ripping the car around the track wildly, and so your feedback will likely appear months later if not longer and of course will relate to other feedback, the devs own personal feelings, etc etc (like later meaning at the next expansion).
