Hi everyone! Hope you are all having a wonderful day.

Just wanted to share a video I made of my first experience here in Final Fantasy XIV. There isn't a whole ton of in-game content outside of the story that I was able to add into this video in an effort to keep the video from running too long, but I would love to hear what you guys think of it!

I've heard from a few folks that it would be great to relive the story and newbie experience, and so I hope that I can deliver on that (with a side of overall goofiness)!

I am a new content creator so I'd love any and all feedback you may have. My experiences with the community to start off this game has been nothing short of amazing, and I really look forward to making a new home here with you all.

Ugh, I done messed up!

How hard is it to transfer servers? I assume it requires a fee?

u just started lmao just make another toon, it cost like 13usd or something to transfer exisitng toon

Gotcha. I do live in the US, though, so when I try to make a new character, it says the connection to the Elemental server is poor. Is this something that can be fixed/will this actually cause gameplay issues?

u should check ping to each DC, google "arrstatus", then run cmd prompt. ping doesnt make that huge difference in this game, they improved the netcode from earlier iterations like dodging telegraphed attacks. some jobs r easier with high ping. ppl over 200 ping can still clear the most difficult content in the game. as for DC depends who u want to play with really and each DC have different culture. google "A Comprehensive Server Guide ffxiv"
