Crafter's Delineations are consumed when attempting Trial Synthesis

Unsure if this is intended behavior but here's a bug report.

Steps:
1. Begin Trial Synthesis
2. Use action Careful Observation
3. Crafter's Delineation is consumed, even though no items are supposed to be consumed in Trial Synthesis

I would assume that’s because using a delineation is required to use the action careful observation instead of using a gathered item to complete a craft. I agree that in trial synthesis it shouldn’t happen but it’s most likely happening because the item consumed is not part of the craft itself but because of an action used that requires said item.
