    So, about the new exclusivity changes...

    The letter says that "This time, however, either type of estate[FC or Personal] will be immediately available for purchase without restriction."
    Does this mean that this is the ONLY time this is going to be the case? Or can we expect this to be the norm from now on whenever new housing(i.e. Ishgard) is added?

    It doesn't necessarily mean the only time. It just means this time they decided not to have a personal purchase moratorium. They might make the same decision next time wards are added, or they might decide another personal purchase moratorium is needed if the complaints from FCs who can't get a house increase greatly.

    Not sure why you're trying to read so much into this one announcement.
