Hence why I reached out to support. I chose the wrong character cause I recently changed my name in game and have an alt with the older name. I reached out to support and the screenshot attached shows what the support person told me to do. Which was not right. That made me accept the items with the other account. My main beef is the wrong information that is now making it not viable to get items replaced to the right character it seems.
