Game keeps crashing without error messages!

Ever since you guys pushed through the new patch, I keep getting kicked out of FFXIV on random intervals when just playing the damn game! The game will suddenly CLOSE. No error message, just a slight freeze and then gone. And no this is not cause of my computer, it ONLY does this with FFXIV and no other game. It runs everything else as smoothly as always. When will you guys be fixing this?! I pay to play when I can play, not to be playing and fear to do much since I can 'get kicked out at any given moment'! It has been going on for some days now, like I said since the new patch. But now it is finally enough. I have waited and hoped to see it got fixed without needing to complain here, but no. Mind you reinstalling the game does NOT work. (Which seems to be your favorite answer for issues)

I noticed there were DX11 issues below this topic, I'm havin problems like yours and wonder if that isn't the culprit. I'm thus unable to login on 2 characters so far, if DX11 is the cause of problem then I'll find out by disabling it

Aaand disabling DX11 does nothing.
I can get to char select, but selecting either or perhaps any character results in CtD no error message. Extremely disheartening

We apologize for the delay in responding. To prevent repeating previously attempted troubleshooting, what have you tried to alleviate the problem? Does this crash happen when Final Fantasy XIV is the only program running? Also, could you provide a system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'
