OK, these princess tanks who bail out of Dzemael Darkhold and Aurum Vale have pushed me to the limit. S-E really needs to consider one of two things to stop this garbage:

*Gray out the Leave button in Duty Finder for 5 or 10 minutes into the beginning of the Dungeon.

*Impose a 60 minute penalty for leaving inside of the same time period.

All of these special snowflakes who think they're too good to participate in dungeons really need a reality check.

I'm absolutely certain that you could make the penalty 3 hours and people would still drop, or simply not bother queuing.

Then these "divas" will just sit there until they can physically leave anyway, so your time is still going to be wasted. Get some friends or tank yourself while also realizing drama players exist no matter what class they're are.

If nothing else, do it for Steps of Faith. New players really need that, and people just jump ship as soon as they get it. It's gotten to the point where I hate seeing it in the Roulette because I know other people are going to quit and then the group will fall apart, thus wasting my queue time. It's much worse for the guys who can't get into Heavensward.

I understand aurum vale, but why would anyone skip out of darkhold? Even IF your party members are terrible, you won't wipe unless the tank tries to grab too much trash between bosses.

I always thought that if you did Roulette, you would forever get that dungeon until you finished it. So, leaving does nothing for you. May as well and suck it up and finish it.

If I could transfer EXP gained on my PLD to my MCH or DRG or whatever job I was leveling, I'd more than happily tank DD and AV myself.
