All Saints Wake Overhal Phantom Forest and Train

Every year for All Saints Wake we always get Haukke Manor with the same concept and the same music. It's getting rather redundant, time for a change. I think SE needs to introduce the Phantom Forest and Phantom Train dungeon from FFVI. The forest could just be an instanced area in The Shroud, where the Phantom Train dungeon could be queued separately, much like how Haukke Manor already is. The Phantom Train assets are already there in-game since they are used for the Sigmaescape V 1.0 fight in Stormblood, including the train interior and of course Siegfried. quests could be taken by the trains conductor and awards could be a wind-up Siegfried or conductor. Mount could be a Phantom Train mount.

I doubt this year we will get the manor,since we know we aren't getting a Halloween event this year. At least not like previous years. It's being rolled into the make it rain campaign.

Welp, like I said, if it was gonna be Haukke Manor again I don't see much point. All the other seasonal events change up the quests, so not sure why not, with Halloween? Heck, even a return to Doma Castle in FFVI with the Dream Stooges would be awesome.

I'm down for this for the train mount if nothing else.
Maybe they can't this year, but for the future this would be a cool idea.

We know that this year they are rolling the Make It Rain and All Saints Wake events into one since they weren't able to do the former because the rona. Or rather they might just be doing Make It Rain instead of All Saints Wake, we don't know exactly yet, but I assume it'll be a halloween themed MIR event.

The Halloween-quest is being changed up each year aswell - they just put the Manor in as something added to the "main event", just like they've been adding the card-reading-ladies for Valentines Day (though I think they were missing this year?) and the little "partner-test".
The point is probably that they used up ressources to build this once for a 2-3 week event and dont want to see it go completly to waste - there is also new players who havent done the Manor yet and seeing how we cant visit the Halloween-version the year round, I'm always happy to see it again myself!

Not that I dont like your suggestion, but your base-assumption is wrong - since the first year when the Manor was the main thing, we've always been getting our event-quest that was more or less involved and at the end of a little note added with "oh, btw, you can go back into the Manor this year aswell".

You know... you're right.
I'm glad you said something, because this really helped reframe my perspective.
Though... I still think it would be fun if they made another spooky area for us to explore.
